Cancellation Policy
Service & Payment Policy. This policy outlines the terms under which our audio-visual consulting services are provided. By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following conditions. Services. We provide professional A/V consulting services including system inspections, assessments, recommendations, troubleshooting, and advice relating to audio, visual, lighting, and networking systems for schools, venues, theatres, and permanent installations. An on-site inspection is required prior to providing recommendations or quotations. Inspection Fee & Payment. A $75 inspection fee applies to all on-site inspections unless otherwise agreed in writing. This fee covers time spent assessing the site, existing systems, and client requirements. The inspection fee is payable in person at the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking. By booking an inspection or service, you acknowledge and accept these payment terms, including the requirement to pay the $75 inspection fee. Services may be withheld if payment is not provided. Any additional services, design work, documentation, or follow-up consulting are not included in the inspection fee unless explicitly stated and may be quoted separately. Bookings. Bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once acknowledged. Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and availability of relevant personnel at the scheduled time. Delays caused by access issues may reduce inspection time and will not extend the booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking time, or failure to attend, may still incur the $75 inspection fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide notice where possible. Liability. All recommendations are based on information available at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed site conditions, existing equipment faults, or changes made after the inspection. Policy Updates. This policy may be updated at any time. The current version published on our website applies to all bookings.
